Since its inception KALA has hosted various cultural and social events to promote the rich and varied culture of Kerala. Various illustrious luminaries from Kerala have been invited to our functions over the years and they have educated and entertained the audience and this has instilled a sense of pride and meaning especially in the hearts of the younger generation. KALA Sportsfest 2010
KALA’s first event in 2010 - KALA Sportsfest 2010, will be held on Saturday, 13th of February, between 1pm – 6pm at Bishop’s Stortford College Sports Hall ,

KALA Literary Evening was held on Saturday, 28th November .
KALA Annual Day celebrated on Saturday, 17th October 2009 at Queens’ School Auditorium, Bushey, Herts. Chief Guest was the Malayalam film director and former Indian Army Officer Major Ravi.
KALA Cricket – August 2009
KALA Gopi Memorial cricket match was held on a bright and sunny day on Saturday, 22nd August 2009 at the Bishop’s Stortford College grounds. The well-maintained cricket grounds were a pleasure to play on and were made available to KALA by the efforts of the Gopinath family. What began as a relaxing day with much catching up on news of friends and strolls around the grounds surrounding the cricket pitch soon took on a competitive air with the men’s match between the adults and youth producing several exciting moments of play.
